Free 6 Months Monitoring
Eligible systems receive free remote monitoring for the first six months after installation. Every three months after your installation, we will send you a detailed report on your system’s performance.

You will receive a locally sourced thank you pack upon completion of the installation. This includes drone footage of the project on a custom USB.
Commercial Installation Steps
1. Collection of Information
The first step involves contacting us about custom solar installation services. At this juncture, we ask you about your energy needs and what you expect out of your system. Then, we collect your information so that we can perform an on-site visit and give you an estimate.
2. Deposit Paid
Pay your deposit for solar panel installation or provide a proof of the finance being used to fund your installation.
3. Commercial Grid Application
Next, we will submit your commercial grid application with Ausgrid or Essential Energy. This includes full design schematics and voltage calculations. Approval takes around 6 weeks.
4. Installation
Once Ausgrid or Essential Energy approval has been received we will contact you to book your installation. Installation requires a shutdown of power. This will be arranged for a time where your business is least affected.
5. Independent Injection Test and Final Ausgrid Signoff
After the installation of your system, you’ll receive an independent injection test. This normally happens a couple of weeks after the installation has been completed. Upon submission of testing report to Ausgrid or Essential Energy a date will be allocated by one of them to attend site for final sign off of system.
6. Free 6-Months Monitoring
We offer complimentary system monitoring for the first six months after your installation. We will also provide you with a detailed system report every three months for the first 12 months after your installation.

Whether or not you need a three-phase system for your commercial solar installation depends on the size of the array, your property, and your current meter board specifications. Please talk to our Solution Consultants to determine if you need a 3 phase system.

Commercial clients can absolutely receive the STC and LGC solar rebates. However, the full invoice for your solar panel installation must be paid in full before you can claim these rebates.
